Shashikala Haritwal is our mentor, advisor and our contact point whenever we need refinement of any solution. She has been directly in the field of education as a senior teacher and counsellor to top management for more than 35 years. She is known for her good relations with her students and parents even in the second phase of her career. She wanted to develop something useful for students in their career decision and life stress and thus play a great role in the company. She is our key person who helps us get associated with different alma-maters and understand every need from the angle of the alma mater. She is currently residing in Gujarat, loves reading literature, especially Hindi literature and enjoys spending time with her grandson.
Raghav Kalyani is professionally a Chartered Accountant and our key advisor for guiding us in the know-how part of the operation. He has rich experience as the Founder President of the Alumni Association of his alma mater. From there he learned the intricacies of initiating and running the same. He saw the synergies unlocking in front of him and was spell bounded. From there he decided to apply the same to every possible institution to unlock the potential energy and to make the world a better place by helping every alumnus in their career and life.
For anything tech, Vipul is the answer. From in-house portals to portals deployed at clients, he along with his team manages it all. He earlier has built and provided multiple dozens of tech platforms to his happy clients for more than a decade. When he got in touch with our advisor, both were positively influenced by each other and Vipul decided to take on the challenge single-handedly and start the journey. He believes in the Idea as much as our advisor does and is willing to see the brand getting popular.
Having the power of Psychology in one hand, Radhika Kalyani is also equipped with creativity in the other hand. She understands the psychology of students/ex-members and integrates the knowledge with creative thoughts to arrive at an attractive solution which is most suitable for the institution, Alumni and society. She has been detrimental in our journey and helps with her solutions wherever we get stuck whether it be in marketing or even in operations.
Asma Koli is the team member who is bringing a fresh and practical perspective to our organization. Her aim is to spread the joy of Alumni networking in all possible institutions. Asma prioritizes clear communication and collaboration, empowering her team to perform at their best. She has expertise in people management, international marketing, customer success management, revenue generation, and campaign management. Asma has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and sports nutrition certification which she is practising now as a hobby, Digital marketing . She has vast experience of more than 15 years in the field of marketing and possibly her favourite punch line is- Have you done or learnt marketing ever!
Nilesh Kanojia is an experienced operations head with a decade of experience in the operations in IT industry. He holds a B.C. A degree from KSO University and has been instrumental in managing various operations in IT companies. With his expertise, he has streamlined the operational processes, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company. Nilesh is passionate about driving business growth, and his strategic approach has been a key factor in the success of many projects. He is a team player and works collaboratively to achieve the goals of the company. Nilesh takes pride in his work, and his dedication has earned him a reputation as a reliable and efficient operations head.
